Flávio has extensive experience in the real estate business area, in the most diverse matters such as acquisition and sale of real estate, due diligence, leasing, construction, structuring of guarantees, transactions with rural properties and shopping centers.
With 23 years of experience at Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Flávio holds a law degree from PUC and specializations in Corporate Real Estate Law from SECOVI and Agribusiness Law from INSPER. Flávio is an associate member of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM) and of the Real Estate Law Debate Table (MDDI).
